ABOUT ME
Trusted Organization Consultant & Coaching Professional
Since 2004, I’ve helped my clients explore strategies & execute activities that elevate their business performance. Through understanding the needs of the organization and personality of the leaders, I help increase employee engagement and build a thriving culture.
I earned an MBA in Organizational Development from Boston College and a BS in Business from Babson College with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior. I have experience across OD areas including Leadership Development, Management Development, Performance Management, Strategic Planning, Offsite Planning, Organization Design, Change Management, Group Facilitation, Leadership Coaching, Internal Communications, Learning & Development and Reward Planning.
I believe every person works for themselves at every point in their life. We need to love what we do, where we do it....every day. I'm a family girl, people talker, book reader, ocean lover, martini drinker and OD explorer.
